Lindy Chappell has enjoyed success in her real estate career since relocating to the Houston area in 2000. Lindy’s experience in a variety of customer service and management positions lends itself well to her "customer first" approach to real estate.
Lindy specializes in residential properties and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since her first year in the business, attaining numerous awards and recognition from her colleagues and associates. Her extensive experience, attention to detail and consistent follow-through has helped her establish a productive and continually expanding business. Continuing to improve her knowledge, services, and value to her clients is an ongoing commitment that Lindy takes very seriously. To that end, she has earned the following designations and certifications: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), and is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Lindy’s hobbies include quilt making, reading, gardening, cooking, and hunting… for that perfect piece of antique furniture! Lindy is happily married to Mike Burnich, who, along with assisting her, is employed by the U. S. Geological Survey. Lindy and Mike make their home in the Northwest Houston / Cypress area along with their calico cat named Kendra.
